Training is open to teachers, therapists, educators, parents, occupational therapists, health professionals etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
R-BAVX (Regular Bal-A-Vis-X) is a series of both, simple and complex, exercises, which are deeply rooted in rhythm and consequently improve full body coordination, attention, academic skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other benefits: grow confidence and self-discipline, improve cognitive skills, improve academic success and visual fitness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program promotes co-operation, self-challenge, and fosters peer teaching. The program utilizes sand-filled bags, racquet balls, balance boards. For the participation it is obligatory to pay the invoice. No prior knowledge is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TIB (Trauma Informed Bal-A-Vis-X) is specifically designed to address trauma, anxiety, focus, regulation and ADHD. It consists of 45 exercises and four multi-tiered movement patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The purpose of TIB is to bring about a state of self-induced, self-monitored physical mindfulness in gradually increasing increments. Mindfulness, a kind of meditation addresses trauma by focusing and quieting the brain. The exercises are done without talking; other than sound of bag or ball, they are done in silence by oneself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TIB was initially developed for children to practice by self in the classroom, but the exercises and patterns equally benefit adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exercises and patterns can be learned during a hybrid training of R-BAVX & TIB or in a TIB only session.Training is suitable for teachers, therapists, social workers, counsellors, and parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please arrive 10 minutes before training each further day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There will be one break in the morning and one in the afternoon part (snacks and fruit included). There is one hour lunch break each day of the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participant is introduced to a series of basic and advanced exercises of the basic Bal-A-Vis-X program, as well as TIB, after the three day training knowledge can be used for working in a classroom, individual therapy or working with a person, who needs this type of treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Basic material (two sand bags, six balls) is not included in price. The cost is 24,90\u20ac. You can order the material when you fill in the registration form and you will receive it at the end of the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cancellations with a refund of the paid amount are possible until 10 September 2026 (minus 15% of the administrative costs). After this date, cancellation is no longer possible, or the full seminar fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
